We are looking for a Data Coordinator for an authority within the transport sector.

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is 20%.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The Data Coordinator works as support to project management with the coordination and control of the project's information management. The role is responsible for creating routines and work processes that ensure that designers and contractors prepare documentation and deliverables according to current routines for project handover. The role includes creating governing documents, reviewing delivered deliverables, and leading the handover work between the project organization and the receiving operation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the project's delivery of as-built drawings as well as operation and maintenance data to the respective recipients.
  • Improve the handover process between the project and the recipient.
  • Work according to the chapter 'Case and Document Management' in PPH regarding technical deliverables.
  • Develop a project-specific CAD manual to facilitate the handover of deliverables.
  • Implement the manual's routines, train project members, designers, and contractors, and review delivered documentation.
  • Coordinate digital and paper deliveries of construction documents from design to production.
  • Coordinate deliveries of review documents as well as collection and compilation of review comments.
  • Ensure that the project's technical documentation is available in Webforum (ATLAS) and follows the established folder structure.
  • Report to the project manager and coordinate with others in the project.
  • Participate in project-related meetings to follow the progress of the activity.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Degree from university/university college in construction or civil engineering with a focus on CAD/BIM/digital models, or alternatively a degree from university/university college in a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience as a Data Coordinator in the design, construction, and handover process within similar operations (regional public transport authority & infrastructure).
  • Experience in the role of Data Coordinator from at least 1 project within similar operations with a budget of at least 500 MSEK. The assignment must have included technical documentation, quality assurance, and handover to the receiving administration. The budget must be stated in the CV.
  • Experience from at least one (1) project or assignment where the consultant has worked with information management and manageable data related to asset management according to principles from ISO 55000 and ISO 19650.
  • Experience in creating requirement documents such as CAD/BIM manuals, design, and delivery requirements from at least 3 projects.
  • Completed at least five (5) handovers of projects that included as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documentation, and manageable technical data to an authority or public client organization that conducts asset management.

Meritorious

  • Experience of working in multidisciplinary projects where at least 15 design disciplines are involved.
  • Experience of establishing and managing project structure, access control, and module-based workflows in the document management system Atlas, for example for model coordination, UR/ÄTA management, Q&A, case management, and/or delivery follow-up.
  • Experience from at least five (5) projects where the consultant has been responsible for translating governing requirements, guidelines, IT manuals, and delivery requirements into practical working methods for technical documentation, review, and handover within a public client organization or authority-controlled activity.
  • Experience from at least three (3) projects of establishing, managing, or quality-assuring information flows in the drawing system Athena and the document management forum ATLAS, including technical documentation, review flows, delivery follow-up, and handover.
